There are more then 200 orphanages in Guatemala. We have some kind of contact information for about half of them, but we only include them on the list above once we have established trustworthy and regular contacts with them and we are confident they are honest and ethical. Unfortunately, establishing relationships with orphanages in a poor third world country often requires a long time and effort.
